Villa Vidim is situated on the outskirts of Vidim, a picturesque village in the very heart of the Kokořínsko Protected Landscape Area.
Ideal for families with children or a group of friends, the holiday home can be rented for a weekend or a holiday. With so many interesting walking and cycling destinations around, there’s no way you could get bored here.
Rooms
Each room features an Android TV, a wardrobe with a safe and a table with two chairs. Each room can be locked separately.
Bathrooms
Each room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.
Heating
There is a central heating system in the house with a propane boiler. We do not apply extra charges for heating or any other utilities.
Parking
We have a private parking area for 4 cars monitored by a security camera system.
Catering
Our villa provides self-catering accommodation. Guests can use a fully equipped kitchen and a Weber outdoor barbecue grill, which is a pleasure to cook on.
You can also go to one of the local restaurants. Right in the village (approx. 4 minutes’ walk) you will enjoy the charm of the small Peter’s (U Petra) pub.
We also recommend:
- Dracula’s Pub (Drákulova krčma) in Jestřebice, 5.7 km away, a great dining experience
- U Blanky restaurant with its famous tripe soup and traditional Czech cuisine, located 8 km from the villa in the village of Želízy
- numerous restaurants in Mělník, 17 km away
- restaurants in Dubá on the way to Doksy, or on the way to Máchovo Lake.

Accommodation / rental price list
Minimum stay 2 nights. The prices are for the entire villa.
During the July-August holidays, the minimum stay is 4 nights.
→ For a Christmas stay, the full amount + a refundable deposit of CZK 15,000 needs to be paid within 24 hours of the booking being confirmed by us.
→ For cancellations made 31 or more days before the arrival date we do not charge a cancellation fee. For cancellations made later than 31 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee equalling the full booking amount.
→ NO additional fees are charged.
→ For a New Year’s Eve stay, the full amount + a refundable deposit of CZK 15,000 needs to be paid within 24 hours of the booking being confirmed by us.
→ For cancellations made 31 or more days before the arrival date we do not charge a cancellation fee. For cancellations made later than 31 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee equalling the full booking amount.

Accommodation terms
The accommodation price includes everything needed for a comfortable stay in the villa:

NO additional fees are charged.
We will confirm your booking within 24 hours. The booking becomes effective after a 50% payment of the total amount is made to our account, within 24 hours of us confirming the booking.
In the event of damage to the furnishings and equipment, you will be invoiced for an adequate amount to cover the damage.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
The accommodation provider is not liable for any injury sustained by guests. Children must be supervised by an adult during their entire stay. Parents are liable for any injuries sustained by their children.
We kindly ask our guests NOT TO FEED the goats in the property’s garden (we access the goats’ enclosure from outside the garden to feed them).
Small pets are welcome in our villa.
The entire outdoor space is monitored by a camera system.
Please respect the quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
